1.            Eligibility – To be eligible to participate, viewers must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and reside in the KLJB-TV Fox 18 viewing area, which consists of the following Illinois counties:  Bureau, Carroll, Hancock, Henderson, Henry, Jo Daviess, Knox, LaSalle, Lee, McDonough, Mercer, Ogle, Rock Island, Stark, Warren and Whiteside; and the following Iowa counties: Cedar, Clinton, Des Moines, Henry, Jackson, Lee, Louisa, Muscatine and Scott.  Facebook users under 21 years of age are not eligible to participate.  Employees of KLJB-TV Fox 18, KGCW-TV The Quad Cities’ CW, AEG Live, Marshall Arts USA, The iWireless Center, Facebook, their parent companies, advertising agencies, fulfillment companies, printers, distributors and mailers and the immediate families (or non-family members of the same household) of each are not eligible to play.  The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.  The term “non-family members” include boyfriends, girlfriends, roommates or tenants at the same address.

2.            How to Play – Fox 18 will post an announcement on our Facebook page that the contest is now ‘live’.  Viewers 18 years of age and older must log on to the Fox 18 Facebook page, click on the Contest icon below the Cover Photo at the top of the page.  Everyone currently following Fox 18 on Facebook is eligible.  Viewers not following us on Facebook must ‘like’ the Fox 18 page in order to enter.

3.            Contest Dates – The contest runs Saturday, June 14th 12:01am through Friday, June 20th, 12:00pm, 2014.  Winner will be selected and contacted that afternoon.  Fox 18 reserves the right to end the contest at any time without advance warning.

4.            Selection of Contest Winner – One winner will be selected at random from all entries received.  Winner has ten business days to claim their prize.   If winner is unable to claim the prize during that time, they will be disqualified and another winner will be selected.

5.            Prizes – Two (2) tickets to Cher with special guest Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo, at the iWireless Center in Moline, Illinois on Wednesday, October 22 2014.  Value of tickets in $127.50 each / $255.00 total.

6.            General Conditions – No purchase necessary.  Purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.  KLJB-TV Fox 18 will not be responsible for loss of service to internet due to power loss, service interruption or any other reason that may prevent any individual from completing his/her entry.  All viewers who have won ANY KLJB-TV Fox 18 or KGCW-TV The Quad Cities’ CW contests are ineligible for 90 days from the date of that contest’s completion, NOT the date of their winning.  If it is determined that a winner falls into this 90 day lock-out period, they will be disqualified and another winner will be chosen.  ***ALL GRAND PRIZES WINNERS ARE INELIGIBLE FROM WINNING ANY CONTESTS WITH KLJB-TV OR KGCW-TV FOR ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THEIR WINNING**  All applicable Facebook privacy rules apply to this contest.  Facebook does not endorse this contest; thus Facebook is not responsible for any portion of the execution, awarding or viability of prize(s).  KLJB-TV will not share any collected Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with outside 3rd party sources without an entrant’s written consent.  By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules.  Decisions of KLJB-TV Fox 18 shall be final and binding.  Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.  By entering, each contestant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising and promotion in connection with the contest.  KLJB-TV Fox 18 makes no warranty, representation or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winners will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner.  The winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and/or publicity release and any other documentation that KLJB-TV Fox 18 requires.  Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws apply.  KLJB-TV Fox 18, KGCW-TV The Quad Cities’ CW, AEG Live, Marshall Arts USA, The iWireless Center, Facebook, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, and the officers, directors, employees, licensees and assignees of each accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded hereunder.  KLJB-TV FOX 18 reserves the right to revise and update the rules without advance notice.

7.            Considering Computer Failures – LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God, lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, unintelligible, returned, undelivered entries or email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Contest or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Website's terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Contest, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Website access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like methods of play will void all such plays, and may subject that participant to disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her submissions) who tampers with the submission process. Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest.
