1. Eligibility – To be eligible to participate, viewers must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and reside in the KLJB-TV Fox 18 viewing area, which consists of the following Illinois counties: Bureau, Carroll, Hancock, Henderson, Henry, Jo Daviess, Knox, LaSalle, Lee, McDonough, Mercer, Ogle, Rock Island, Stark, Warren and Whiteside; and the following Iowa counties: Cedar, Clinton, Des Moines, Henry, Jackson, Lee, Louisa, Muscatine and Scott. Facebook users under 18 years of age are not eligible to participate. Employees of KLJB-TV Fox 18, KGCW-TV The Quad Cities’ CW, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Feld Entertainment, Facebook, their parent companies, advertising agencies, fulfillment companies, printers, distributors and mailers and the immediate families (or non-family members of the same household) of each are not eligible to play. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. The term “non-family members” include boyfriends, girlfriends, roommates or tenants at the same address.

2. How to Play – Now through August 24th, 2014, viewers 18 years of age and older must log on to www.kljb.com to enter. Alternately, viewers may mail or hand-deliver an entry to 937 East 53rd Street, Davenport, IA 52807. All entries must be in-house by 11:59am on Monday, August 25th, 2014.

3. Contest Dates – The contest runs August 4th through August 24th, 2014. Winners will be selected and contacted on August 25th, 2014. Fox 18 reserves the right to end the contest at any time without advance warning.

4. Selection of Contest Winners – One (1) winner will be selected at random from all entries to receive. Two (2) runners-up will receive 4-packs of vouchers to a weekday performance. If winners are unable to claim their prize before August 28th, 2014, they will be disqualified and another winner will be chosen.

5. Prizes – One(1) Grand Prize winner will receive: Four (4) V.I.P. tickets to the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus show, August 29th through September 1st, 2014 and the iWireless Center. Two (2) runners-up will receive: Four (4) weekday ticket vouchers.

6. General Conditions – No purchase necessary. Purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning. KLJB-TV Fox 18 will not be responsible for loss of service to internet due to power loss, service interruption or any other reason that may prevent any individual from completing his/her entry. All viewers who have won ANY KLJB-TV Fox 18 or KGCW-TV The Quad Cities’ CW contests are ineligible for 90 days from the date of that contest’s completion, NOT the date of their winning. If it is determined that a winner falls into this 90 day lock-out period, they will be disqualified and another winner will be chosen. ***ALL GRAND PRIZES WINNERS ARE INELIGIBLE FROM WINNING ANY CONTESTS WITH KLJB-TV OR KGCW-TV FOR ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THEIR WINNING** All applicable Facebook privacy rules apply to this contest. KLJB-TV will not share any collected Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with outside 3rd party sources without an entrant’s written consent. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged. By entering, each contestant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising and promotion in connection with the contest.
